Refund policy



HAMRAG Returns Policy

HAMRAG accepts returns or exchanges within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

 

  1. The item should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unwashed.
  2. It must be in its original packaging.
  3. The item should not be damaged or defective due to reasons other than its original condition.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns after the initial 15-day period or for items included in wholesale, discounted, or bulk orders.

 In order to process your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and to inform you if your refund has been approved or denied. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is typically a processing time before the refund is sent.

Discounted products (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; unfortunately, sale items cannot be be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if any)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@hamrag.com or bkaptana@hamrag.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item.

 If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who gave the gift sent the order to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the person who originally made the purchase, and they will be notified about your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you're shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
